This recipe is super easy for the holidays.. Especially Thanksgiving!

Vegan Low-Fat Vanilla Pudding

Things you’ll need to make your own pudding:

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp of Salt
  • 3 tbsp of Cornstarch
  • 2 Cups Soy Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions:

Mix the cornstarch, salt and sugar in a large pain. Slowly add the soy milk. Stir constantly so that it doesn’t clump up.

Cook over low heat. Keep stirring until it becomes thickened. Cook for an extra 2-3 minutes stirring every little bit.

Take the pudding off the heat and add the vanilla. Let it sit for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour your pudding into a large dish and let chill for 2-3 hours.

After your pudding is firm.. Dish it out and enjoy!
